    *Trader Joes Greek Style Nonfat Plain Yogurt, .60 cup(remove)
    *freshly ground nutmeg, .25 tsp(remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp(remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp(remove)
    Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey, .25 tbsp(remove)
    Apples, fresh with skin, 1 cup slices(remove)
    Banana, fresh, 1 extra small (less than 6" long)(remove)
    Strawberries, fresh, 6 small (1" dia)(remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .50 oz(remove)

Directions

cut up all of your fruit

add the first 5 ingredients and mix in the bowl together, add chopped fruit over yogur mix and blend together and sprinkle the sunflower seeds. easy peasy
