Ingredients
- 2C Almonds
- 1/2c Flaxseed Meal
- 1/2c Coconut (shredded, unsweetened)
- 1/2c Coconut Oil
- 1/2c Almond Butter
- 2TBSP Honey
- 1TBSP Maple Syrup
- 3tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2tsp Salt
Tips
You can also melt 1/3 of a dark chocolate bar and pour over the top for extra sweetness.
Directions
1. Pulse Almonds, Flaxseed Meal, and Shredded Coconut in food processor for ten seconds.
2. Melt coconut oil in a small sauce pan over low heat.
3. Remove from heat and stir in Vanilla, Maple Syrup, and Honey.
4. Add to food processor and process until a thick paste forms.
5. Press in to 8X8 glass baking dish.
6. Refrigerate for 1 Hour.
7. Cut into bars and serve.
