*365 Cage-Free Omega 3 Large Egg, 2 serving
All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white), 6 tbsp (remove)
Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g, 13 gram(s) (remove)
Garden of Life RAW Protein, Vanilla (1scoop -23g), 1 serving (remove)
tsp cinnamon
dash of turmeric
Tips
Soak Chia seeds in 1/4-1/3 cup water for atl least 30 minutes prior.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
