    Vegetable Broth, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 5 medium
    Lundberg Country Wild Rice (dry), 0.25 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick)
    365 Organic Quinoa, .33 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.25 cup kernels
    Peas and carrots, frozen, 0.25 cup (remove)
