Ingredients

    1 box Vegetable broth
    1 box Chicken broth
    1 large can (796ml) Diced Tomatoes
    1 sm can (213ml) Hunts Tomato Sauce
    1 can cut green beans
    3 large carrots, sliced
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 cup edamame beans
    1 orange pepper, chopped (any color can be used)
    1 green onion, chopped
    Cajun seasoning to taste
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Tips

To be honest, not the most delicious soup I've ever tasted but good and super easy to throw together for a nutritious meal. :)


Directions

Toss it all in a large pot and bring to a boil. Cook until veggies are tender (20-30 mins). I prefer to make ahead and let flavours blend for easy, ready made lunches and dinners.
