Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 bag (250 grams) Bow tie Pasta (Farfalle)
    10 cups water (little salt in water)
    1 can light tuna packed in water
    1 tsp garlic crystals
    1 tsp turmeric
    1.5 tsp paprika
    1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
    2 tbsp full fat Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 small red onion (chopped fine) - optional

Tips

Anytime you are using turmeric, in order to increase the amount absorbed into the body (and increase the power of its anti-cancer properties) you must eat it with some "fat" (in this case the full fat Mayo and the Olive Oil). Or you could choose one or the other.


Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain in colander and then cool with running cold water. Add tuna, chopped red onion (if using) and spices and mayo and Wallah! Low cab side dish for any meal. Can also put slices of hard boiled egg on top (not included in nutrition information).
