Is it really supposed to be 14 ounces of Almond Milk? That seems like too much ??? - 7/21/15

If you're expecting a pancake, then it might seem a bit much. However, that's why I describe it as a light and fluffy alternative to the traditional pancake since it isn't meant to be "cake-y". Did you make the recipe and found it to be too much or are you just wondering? (FYI: 14oz = 1 3/4 cups)

The ingredients ate not right. What is one serving of flax seed meal? This came out soupy. Do you bake two separate cakes, or one and then cut. More than disappointing. - 5/16/15

It's unfortunate you had trouble. One serving of flax seed meal is listed on the recipe: 2 tbsp. You can make the cakes to your own preference, either one larger one (slightly bigger than a DVD disc) or two smaller ones. In my photo I made one larger one. Were your measurements and ingredients right?
