Cook the Barilla Mini Penne Pasta boiled at 10 min.
Drain.
Add all other ingredients (chopped if desired).
Baked White Potato with skin 1/2 medium size 2-3 inch
Jalape�o pepper, roasted, chopped (with seeds if desired)
Red Onion or White Raw 1/4 cup
2 TBS fresh mint if desired
2 TBS chopped or crushed garlic if desired
3 TBS spaghetti sauce or 1/4 cup as desired
