Ingredients

- 1/8 cup steel cut oats, uncooked
- 7(ish) medium to large strawberries
- 1 medium banana
- 3/4 Cup Fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 Cup Plain, fat free greek yogurt
Tips
Don't let the small serving size of these smoothies fool you. When I first started drinking these smoothies, this was my recipe for one smoothie. I could never finish the whole thing, because I was so full! The oats and yogurt in this really fill you up!
Directions
- Grind the oats in a coffee grinder. If you don't have a coffee grinder, a blender or mortar and pestle would probably work.
- Place greek yogurt in the blender - add the pulverized oats. Blend until oats are incorporated into yogurt.
- Add rest of ingredients. Blend to your desired consistency. I like all of my ingredients to be super smooth, so I blend for a minute or so.
