Ingredients

1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup purified water
2 mashed bananas
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbsp raw honey (optional)
Tips
Double serving size and add 1 Tbsp Sunwarrior protein powder if desired for breakfast
Directions
Soak chia seeds in room temperature water for 40 minutes
Chill for about an hour
Blend together bananas, chia mixture, cocoa and honey
Top with Strawberries, other berries and/or whip cream
