180 Almond Cashew Pops with Cranberries, 3 serving
Honey, 2 tbsp
Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving
Vanilla Extract, 0.5 tsp
*Brown Rice Protein Powder, 2 serving
Tips
If mixture is dry, you may need to add extra honey or maple syrup.
Directions
Preheat over to 325 F
Lightly coat 9x9 baking pan with cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients together in an large bowl, then scoop into the baking pan.
Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the mixture is crisp.
Serving Size: 9x9 pan, cut into 16 servings
