Ingredients

    3 x Medium Bananas
    1/2 Cup x Raw Oat Bran
    1/2 Cup x Pronutro
    1 tbsp x Peanut Butter
    300ml x Water

Tips

Use flavored Pronutro for a nice variation in taste.


Directions

Add water, oats, peanut butter and Pronutro to blender and blend on low for about 15 seconds. Add bananas and blend on high for about 30 seconds or until the mix is nice and smooth.
