4 Boca Chicken Patties
2 C Cooked Pasta
1 C Pasta Sauce
2 oz Vegan Mozzarella
4 C Cooked Broccoli Florets
Tips
If the heat of the sauce does not melt your cheese, throw int he microwave for 30 seconds.
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions.
Heat pasta sauce covered on medium heat while you continue.
Grill Boca Patties in non-stick pan until slightly browned on each side.
Steam broccoli florets.
Separate 2 C into 4 .5 C servings. Top with boca patty, then with .25 C pasta sauce, then with .5 oz mozzarella. Add 1 C steamed broccoli to side.
Serving Size: Makes 4 plates.
