Ingredients

    Combined
    ~3/4 to 1 cup of finely finely finely (almost mashed) kale
    1/4 cup almonds, finely ground
    1/4 coconut, finely ground
    1/2 real lemon juice or to taste
    Salt & pepper to taste

Tips

Pulse to a grind using mini cuisinart. It will save on a LOT of chopping, esp for kale.


Directions

finely chop Kale, almost ground and then combined with ground almonds and coconut. Mix in lemon juice. Salt & pepper to taste.

Serving Size: 3-4 servings (~1/4 c serving)
