Ingredients

2 cups Water
2 cups Almond Milk
1 cup Steel Cut Oats
2 medium bananas, mashed
Cinnamon and vanilla to taste
Directions
Boil water and almond milk (be careful to watch it as it will boil over quickly). As soon as liquid is at a boil, pour in oats and stir. Reduce heat to low and mix in the mashed bananas. Continue to cook over low heat 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once done, remove from heat and stir in cinnamon and vanilla.
To prepare one serving, scoop 1/2 cup of oatmeal into a microwave safe bowl. Mix protein powder with almond milk in shaker bottle. Add a little of the protein shake to the oats to add moisture. Add 1 cup of frozen berries. Heat on high in microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and heat an additional minute. Finish protein shake as a drink with your oatmeal.
