Ingredients

    Parmasian cheese, grated 4Tbsp
    Italian bread crumbs 1/2 cup
    Canola oil spray 1/2tsp
    Cod 10oz
    Salt (optional)

Directions

Mix cheese, salt and bread crumbs and set aside.Drain and pat dry the cod, spray cod and then coat with cheese bread mixture. Spray on top of bread mixture to help keep it on the cod. Bake about 30 min. or until done.
