Ingredients

    2 cup instant brown rice
    4 Italian tomatoes
    1 c Kraft Free (fat free) Cheddar Cheese
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp cumin seed (crushed)
    1/4 tsp sage
    1/4 tsp thyme

Directions

Cook rice according to directions on box.

Dice tomatoes.

Crush cumin seeds. Mix all spices together.

In small pot cook tomatoes and spices for 5 minutes. Mix with rice and stir in cheese until melted.

Makes 4 servings (approx 1 cup per serving)
