Ingredients

    6 TBSP (2 servings) refrigerated egg whites
    3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
    3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
    3/4 frozen spinach
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    zero-calorie liquid sweetener to taste

Tips

Smoothie will be thicker at first, then thin as spinach leeches out water. Be careful adding more liquid to avoid making it too thin.


Directions

Put all ingredients in blender, blend til smooth.

Serving Size: makes one 2 1/2 cup smoothie
