Ingredients

    16 oz fresh mushroom
    6 oz crab meat
    2 cups chicken broth
    1/2 cup white wine
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1/4 cup onions
    parsley
    1 tps of butter

Directions

saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Add broth and wine and simmer. Add crab meat and heavy cream. Simmer.
