Ingredients

    1-1/2 cups Spring Mix
1/2 Small to Medium Cluster Tomato, cut into wedges
    1 Small Radish, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup sweet onion, diced
2 Nutra Figs (or dried figs if you can't find this brand; although I don't know the nutritional info for those), roughly chopped
1/2 slice Prosciutto, sliced into small pieces

Directions

In a bowl, add salad mix, radish slices, and tomato wedges. Place skillet over high heat. Spray with Pam. When the skillet is hot, add onions and saute until translucent. Add figs and prosciutto. Splash in enough wine to keep prosciutto and figs from drying out. Allow the wine to evaporate. Add onion mixture to salad greens and enjoy! You can serve this salad warm or cold.
