    Ingredients:

    A. 1 Cup chopped celery
    B. 1 Cup red grapes
    C. 1 Small apple chopped up
    D. 1 10 oz. can of chicken breast
    E. 4 Tablespoons Hellman's Light Mayonaise

Tips

If you are watching your sodium, use a baked chicken breast seasoned with Mrs. Dash seasoning in place of the canned chicken.

Add 1/4 cup pecans for extra texture.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Divide into four portions and put on whole grain bread, or put on top of lettuce and eat as a salad.
