1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup raw seeds
1/2 unsweetened dried fruit
3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil

Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix all ingredients and spray on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
