Ingredients

    14 oz firm tofu
    1 package Bolani Basil Pesto
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 garlic clove
    2 tomatoes sliced for garnish
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Sautee onion and garlic in water for 5-7 minutes until soft
Add crumbled tofu, pesto, salt and pepper
simmer/saute for 5-10 minutes
Serve with sliced tomato
