Ingredients
-
cucumber, 8 inches long
2 slices turkey
1 slice american cheese
1 Tbsp Olive Oil Mayo
1/3 cup Craisins (optional - not incl in nutrient info)
Tips
I use a mayo bottle that you squeeze, so I do one line down the bottom.

Add Craisins to the boats, like "ants on a log". They make the flavors pop. Craisins knock the totals up:
calories +30 and carbs +33
Directions
Cut the cucumber in half, lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and pulp (reserve for a salad or something, if you want, or make a small salad with the pulp and cranberries)
