Ingredients

1 loaf French bread, sliced. Day old is best.
8 oz. Neufchâtel cream cheese (light cream cheese)
    12 eggs
    3 cups 1% milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon

Tips

I have made this with frozen mixed berries, blueberries, bananas, apples (add extra cinnamon over apples). My family likes peach best.

Directions

Spray 9x13 in pan.
Beat eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon together. Set aside.
Spread bread with cream cheese. Layer bread slices cream cheese side up in bottom of pan.
Top with frozen or fresh peaches. (Other fruits can be used.
Add second layer bread, without cream cheese.
Pour egg mixture over bread.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour or until center of pan is "set"
