Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups dry macaroni
    2 5 oz cans tuna, drained
    2 Tbsp diced onion
    1 stalk diced celery
    1 2 inch pickle, diced
    2 Tbsp sliced black olive
    8-10 cherry tomatoes
    1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
    1/2 tsp marjoram, sage, oregano, coarse black pepper
    1 cup salad dressing

Tips

Chopped green peppers and small cubed cheese may also be added for flavor. Salad dressing of choice may be used.


Directions

Cook macaroni to preferred tenderness. Dice onion, celery and pickle; put into large mixing bowl. Add the chopped or sliced black olives, and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle desired spices. I used marjoram, sage, oregano, and black coarse pepper. Salt is not necessary Drain and add tuna. With only 2 minutes left for macaroni to cook, add the frozen vegetables. Drain macaroni and vegetables and put in the bowl. Stir in salad dressing. Chill at least half hour before serving.
