Ingredients



    Carolina Ground Turkey--12 oz pkg.
    Spinach, frozen, 0.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup
    *Onion powder, 2 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

get large nonstick pan and put olive oil in it. you may need to add olive oil as necessary to prevent sticking

mix ingredients except olive oil in a medium sized bowl. you may have to used your fingers and hands to crumb together.
mold into small palm sized burgers

place in skillet with olive oil. Cook for ten minutes on one side and flip to other side cooking for about 10 minutes. May need to adjust temperature according to prevent burning. They will brown on both sides and have a slight crisp to the outside. Then ready to eat makes 8 3 oz servings
