Ingredients

    2 ripe bananas, mashed
    3 large strawberries, chopped
    5 pitted dates, chopped
    1/2 cup, unsweetened, coconut milk
    1/2 cup, coconut flour
    1/2 cup, oatmeal
    2 scoops Protein Powder (use sugar free or less than 140 cals/scoop)

Tips

Use organic ingredients when possible. Can substitute coconut milk and flour with almond milk and/or almond flour.


Directions

Mix ingredients together and roll into 24 bite sized balls. Refrigerate or freeze.
