Introduction

This recipe is a variation of the recipe used on Dr. Oz's Rapid Weight-Loss diet plan. I chose to leave out the rice protein powder because I learned that most protein powders contain glutamates, which I am trying to avoid. Ingredients

    1/2 cup mixed berries, frozen
    1/2 of a large banana, peeled
    1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed

Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
