This recipe is a variation of the recipe used on Dr. Oz's Rapid Weight-Loss diet plan. I chose to leave out the rice protein powder because I learned that most protein powders contain glutamates, which I am trying to avoid. 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed
