Ingredients

- 5-6 chicken legs, with skin
- 3 lemons, all zested and juiced
- 1/2 Cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. thyme, ground
Directions
* Being the night before, so you can marinate the chicken.
- In a bowl, zest the 3 lemons, then squeeze the juice from each into the bowl.
- Pour in the olive oil, pepper, salt, and thyme. Whisk these all together.
- Get either a Tupperware bowl or a large ziplock bag, and pour the mixture in.
- Place your chicken in the mixture, and shake to coat evenly.
- Place in the refrigerator overnight.
- You can either bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or use a medium-high setting on the stove. Cook until the skin is brown and crispy.
