Introduction

This is a recipe I came up with since I love pasta Alfredo dishes but wanted to cut out pasta and come up with a healthy alliterative. This is a recipe I came up with since I love pasta Alfredo dishes but wanted to cut out pasta and come up with a healthy alliterative.

Ingredients

    1 cup cooked spaghetti squash
    1 cooked chicken breast cut up in pieces
    2 tablespoons of low fat cream cheese chive and onion cream cheese I used (Kraft brand)
    salt and pepper for taste
    onion powder for taste
    garlic powder for taste

Directions

place hot cooked spaghetti squash in a bowl. Place two tbs. cream cheese along with salt, pepper,onion powder,and garlic powder combine until creamy. Add the cooked chicken breast to the creamy squash and combine all together. Now to sit down and enjoy a guilt free pasta dish.

Serving Size: makes enough dinner for one person
