Ingredients

    1 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
    2 Cloves Garlic, minced
    1/2 Cup Onion, diced
    1/2 Cup Carrots, diced
    1/2 Cup Corn
    1 Teaspoon Oregano
    1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
    1 (10 oz) Can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
    1 (14.5 oz) Can Chicken Broth (I make my own :) )
    1 Lime, juiced
    1 Cup Salsa Verde

Tips

NOTE: Nutrition Facts are an estimate based on the ingredients I was able to find here on the website the ingredients you use may yield different results!

Also, please remember every slow cooker is different. (My slow cooker made this recipe in 4 hours).


Directions

1) If necessary spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or use a liner.

2) Add all ingredients into slow cooker and cook 6 hours on low. (PLEASE NOTE: Not all slow cookers are created equal; I only needed 4 hours).

3) 1 hour prior to finished cooking time, take out chicken breasts and shred them.

4) Return chicken to soup and finish cooking time.

Serving Size: Makes 6 (1 cup servings)
