    4 oz low-fat plain yogurt (1/2 container)
    2 tbs non-fat milk
    1 1/2 tsp honey
    1 dash fresh ground black pepper
    1 dash sea salt, fine ground

Directions

Combine all ingredients into blender and puree until creamy.
