Ingredients

    2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
    6 oz mixed dried fruits
    2 small onions, sliced
    2 granny smith apples, chopped
    2 lbs stewing pork, cubed
    1/4 c flour
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 c sweet apple cider
    1 bay leaf
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp dried rosemary

    place vegetables, fruits & seasoning in large crockpot. Dredge the pork in the flour, and brown in the oil over med-high heat. Add the pork to the pot, then deglaze the skillet with the cider. Pour over the all. Cook on low 6-8 hours, until pork and potatoes are tender
