beets- 1/4 beet
oats-1/4 cup
cellucor red velvet whey protein- 1/2 scoop
unsweetened almond milk- 2 oz
cocoa powder- 1 T
maple syrup- 1/2 T
Tips
you can also put 1/4 greek yogurt in this and add a bit of sweetener-- I did not do this only bc I didn't have greek yogurt.
Directions
blend all ingredients together in blender or food processor to desired consistency. transfer to a microwaveable mug.
Microwave 1 minute on high. stir. microwave 1 minute on high remove, drizzle with maple syrup.
