Ingredients

    4 oz. Boneless Chicken breast (cut into thin strips)
    3 Tsp. Garlic (may substitute garlic powder)
    1 Sm. Onion (cut into inch stips)
    1 Lg.Yellow pepper (cut into 1" strips)
    2 Tbsp sour cream (lite)
    2 Tbsp salsa

Directions

1. Lightly brown chicken in skillet with garlic. Cook on Medium heat. Spray pan with Pam cooking spray.
2. Add onion and yellow pepper to skillet. Cook til tender.
3. Serve on plate. Top with salsa a sour cream.

    I ran it through the calculator, it's pretty carby but, I suspect one of the ingredients chosen when searching for them may have been 'off'. Salsa is one that could vary a lot. y. Lite sour cream has more carbs than regular and onions are pretty carby. I got 17 net carbs when I did it. - 12/11/13

    The Nutrition Info must be wrong. There is nothing carby about this recipe. Recommend even less carbs using full fat sour cream. I eat low carb and would not hesitate making this. - 4/23/11
