I ran it through the calculator, it's pretty carby but, I suspect one of the ingredients chosen when searching for them may have been 'off'. Salsa is one that could vary a lot. y. Lite sour cream has more carbs than regular and onions are pretty carby. I got 17 net carbs when I did it.
The Nutrition Info must be wrong. There is nothing carby about this recipe. Recommend even less carbs using full fat sour cream. I eat low carb and would not hesitate making this.
