Ingredients

    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 24 ounces
    Gulden's Brown and Spicy Mustard, 3 tsp
    Carrots, raw, 0.25 cup, strips or slices
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 0.2 cup, chopped
    Flaxseed, 6 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Mayonnaise, regular, 1.5 cup

Directions

1. Boil the chicken and then shred it with forks.
2. Chop veggies.
3. Mix everything together thoroughly.
