Ingredients

6 large eggs
2/3 cup bacon, crumbled
3/4 cup Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese
1/4 cup skim milk
2 cups Schwans Roasted Peppers and Onions
Directions
Cook bacon according to package directions. Crumble into bits. Beat eggs and milk until mixed. Add bacon, veggies and cheese. Pour into a 9x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and middle is set.
