Ingredients

    1 trader joe pocketful of fiber pita bread
    1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
    1 sliced tomato
    1 oz fat free crumbled feta cheese
    Ground black pepper
    Ground oregano

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Heat pita for 5 minutes or toast in toaster oven
Drizzle olive oil over pita
Arrange tomato slice on pita and sprinkle with black pepper and oregano
Sprinkle with feta cheese
Bake for 15 minutes
