Ingredients

    3-4 lb pork tenderloin
    4 T yellow mustard
    1 jar apricot jam
    1/3 C chicken stock
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

place pork tenderloin in the slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Pour mixture over pork. cook on low for 4 hours.
