2 Cans of White Albacore Tuna (between 3-7 oz each)
2 Large Eggs
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Tips
The serving size will vary based on the size of can of tuna you use and also how big you make each patty. Make sure for every can of tuna you use, you should use one whole egg as the "glue."
Directions
Melt your choice of cooking oil or butter in a skillet at medium-high heat.
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Using your hands, grab small balls of the mixture and flatten in between your hands. Place formed patties in your oiled/heated pan. Fry until lightly golden brown. Then flip to cook the other side.
