Ingredients

    1/4 cup Chia Seeds
    1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
    1/2 Tbsp Honey

Tips

Top this pudding with fruit and nuts if you would like and track those separately. I particularly love mango on it.


Directions

Mix the coconut milk and honey together until it is smooth. Add the chia seeds and stir. Let it sit for a few moments and stir again before putting it in the refrigerator. Let it refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
