Ingredients

Kale
Olive Oil cooking spray
Adobo Seasoning (or Salt & Pepper)
Tips
Best bet is to set a timer for 4 minutes and don't leave the kitchen to do something else. These can go from delicious to "burnt" very quickly. Until you know your oven and how long these take...don't walk away!
Directions
1. Cut or tear washed kale leaves into pieces (remove from stem)
2. Measure 1 cup kale per serving (whatever you can pack into the measuring cup--the ruffly leaves make it a bit more difficult to measure, but this is a very nutrient dense and lo-calorie food, so don't obsess too much!)
2. Spread kale pieces on baking sheet
3. Spray lightly with olive oil cooking spray
4. Lightly season with Adobo or Salt & Pepper
5. Bake in a 350º oven for approximately 4-6 minutes, until just starting to brown.
Serving Size: Makes 1 generous snack serving
