Tips

Let the radishes and snow peas stay firm so that they are enjoyable to eat.

You can pre-fry your own tofu but buying it fried is really easy to make this meal come together in a matter of minutes.

You can make this vegetarian by using a soy sauce substitute, otherwise it's vegetarian friendly. :)

Directions

Add the oil to a large skillet or wok

Heat to medium/high

Add garlic and saute
Add shallots (leaving them in chunks, don't separate them)

Heat one minute

Add all sauces/sugar to wok, turn heat down to medium
Add tofu and continue cooking for 5 minutes

Now add radishes and rice noodles

Cook one minute, add snow peas

Make a circle in the middle or on the side to scramble your eggs

Stir into the rest of food and serve when heated to your liking.
