Introduction

We made this when my son ate the Fritos for regular taco salad. I am sure for the mothers out there you take one ingredient out and the whole dinner is ruined. So instead I ran with it! Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 can Great Value Black Beans
    1/2 pkg Frozen Golden Sweet Whole Kernel
    1 can Tomato Soup
    Spring Mixed Salad Greens
    1/2 pkg. Fajita Seasoning Mix, McCormick
    Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese for sprinkling
    Chopped Fresh Sweet Onion

Directions

Season the turkey with Fajita seasoning until turkey is browned, add onions until onion is soft and turkey cooked through. Add the black beans, and corn, stir mixture together and then add you tomato soup. Simmer for 10 minutes. Mixture will me a thick consistency. Serve over bed of lettuce and sprinkle with cheese.
