Introduction

This is a quick throw together meal when you don't have alot of time and most of the items are found in any standard pantry. This is a quick throw together meal when you don't have alot of time and most of the items are found in any standard pantry.

Ingredients

    3 cans Bumblebee tuna in water
    4 medium stalks of celery
    5 hard boiled eggs
    6 Gerkin pickles
    6 Tbsp Lite Mayo
    Salt and pepper to taste

Tips

You can add onion and other veggies if you want to bulk this up. Also I sprinkle a little paprika on top before I eat it. Try it on a whole wheat flour tortilla for a homemade tuna salad wrap.


Directions

Open and drain the tuna, empty into large mixing bowl. Dice up celery, eggs, and pickles and put into bowl. Spoon the Lite mayo into mixture and GENTLY fold into mix. Salt and pepper to taste.
