Introduction

Ingredients

    5 cups of raw kale
    2 tablespoons of olive oil
    2 teaspoons of garlic salt



Tips

Add any spice you like during the mixing process. I like black and red pepper. And, it is a easy clean up and my five year old son ate all my kale. :(


Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Clean and dry kale
take out stem
Rip leaves into roughly equal sizes and add to bowl
Add olive oil and salt
Mix (better with hand because you don't want to crush)
Put in oven for 8 - 12 minutes


Serving Size: 5 cups of raw kale will make about 2.5 cups of baked kale
