Ingredients

    1 T sesame oil
    1 clove of garlic, minced
    8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced thin
    1 lb green beans trimmed
    1/2 lb mushrooms sliced
    3 T thai chili sauce

Directions

In a wok, brown garlic in sesame oil.
Stir fry chicken until no longer pink.
Add beans and stir fry until tender crisp.
Add water if needed.
Stir in mushrooms and continue to stir fry until the mushrooms are just cooked.
Stir in thai chili sauce just before servings.

Serving Size: Makes three large servings
