Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Roasted cooked chicken breast- 2 breasts 4 oz each
    Red Grapes sliced in half 1.75 cup
    Coarsely chopped walnuts 0.5 cup
    Diced celery 1 cup
    Fennel fronds- chopped 4 Tbsps
    Chobani Plain Yogurt 6 oz
    Miracle Whip Light Salad Dressing 4 Tbsps
    White Balsamic Vinegar Trader Giotto's 2 Tbsps

    Mix above ingredients in a bowl.
    Whisk together Miracle Whip Light, Chobani plain yogurt and White Balsamic vinegar
    Mix ingredients with salad dressing, season to taste with black pepper

Tips

Time consideration is that you are using an already cooked chicken


Directions

Serve over Bibb lettuce or as a Lettuce Wrap with Grainsfirst crackers and a Sauvignon Blanc chilled wine
